I am an art teacher who builds recognition of and respect for artists of color. My classes provide a space for kids to freely express themselves without an adult-set outcome. We learn about an artist, their culture and their journey and we create varying and personal works based on what we observe about that artist or a specific work we focus on. I teach on Zoom and can be accessed worldwide.
